Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a CNC Machine Operator & Setter role located in Washim. The role involves operating and setting CNC machines, ensuring they run efficiently and precisely. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up machinery tools, performing machining operations, and adhering to quality control standards to meet production requirements. The CNC Machine Operator & Setter will work closely with the technical team to identify any required adjustments to maintain accurate output.

Qualifications

  • Experience in CNC Machine Operation and proficiency in operating and maintaining CNC machinery.
  • Strong skills in Machining and Milling processes, including familiarity with precision tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge and application of Quality Control standards to ensure product accuracy and adherence to specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
  • Prior experience in maintaining and working with industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • High school diploma or vocational training in machining or mechanical engineering preferred.
