Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a CMS Developer ? Wix . The CMS Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites on the Wix platform. The role involves customizing templates, integrating third-party applications, optimizing site performance, and ensuring mobile responsiveness. The developer will collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver visually appealing and high-performing websites aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Wix website development Strong expertise in Wix Editor, Wix Studio, and Velo by Wix (JavaScript-based customization) Experience in customizing Wix templates, dynamic pages, and databases Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience integrating third-party APIs and plugins within the Wix ecosystem Knowledge of SEO best practices , website performance optimization, and responsive design principles Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Wix-related technical issues efficiently Experience in eCommerce development on Wix (Wix Stores, payment gateway setup, etc.) is a plus Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or a related field preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail
