About Student Housing – The Cluster You’ll Own
Student Housing is one of Zolo’s most critical and fastest-scaling verticals.
As a Cluster Manager, you will own a set of properties within Pune, where execution, occupancy, and experience come together.

Role Overview – What This Role Is Really About
Picture this:
Multiple properties across Pune.
Students moving in and out.
Sales teams driving bookings.
Operations teams managing daily execution.
And you are at the center — ensuring everything works together.
This role is not just coordination.
It is end-to-end ownership of a cluster business, where both occupancy and operational quality depend on your decisions.
What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)
- Own occupancy and revenue targets for your cluster of properties
- Drive sales performance by working closely with booking and demand teams
- Ensure properties are filled with the right pricing and demand strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Resolve on-ground issues and escalations quickly
- Manage property staff including wardens, housekeeping, and support teams
- Ensure teams are aligned to service standards and operational discipline
- Track key metrics such as occupancy, revenue, costs, and customer feedback
- Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Build relationships with property owners and local partners
- Support supply onboarding and ensure readiness of new properties
- Manage vendors across food, housekeeping, maintenance, and security
- Ensure service delivery meets defined standards
- Prepare the cluster for peak student seasons and demand spikes
