As a Cluster Manager, you act as the bridge between regional leadership and individual branch managers. Your primary goal is to make sure your assigned group of branches runs smoothly and hits its financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:-
Sales Growth: Drive the growth of the Gold Loan portfolio. You push teams to acquire new customers daily and take over loans from competitors.
NPA Reduction: Manage Non-Performing Assets (NPA). This means working with the team to collect missed payments and close overdue accounts.
Team Management: Mentor and train branch staff. You monitor branch performance metrics and address any field issues.
Cross-Selling: Encourage branches to sell other Muthoot Group products to meet business goal.
Loan Renewals: Ensure existing customers renew their loans on time before they become overdue.
Requirements & Skills
Education: A Graduate degree is required. An MBA or PGDBM is preferred.
Experience: Usually 7-10 years of experience in team management and direct sales within banking or gold loans.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
