Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the KPIs at branches Ensuring adherence to Process & Policies QA for the request tagged in CRM & receipt updated in FinnOne / Pennant by Branch cashiers Provide Feedback to branch users on error & improving the accuracy Data Analysis & Monthly presentation preparation for Rural Team Resolving reconciliation open entries & ensure zero pendency Following with IT / PMO for issues faced by branches and timely closure for the same Co-ordination with Audit team for Observation shared and closure of the same Process Initiative : system related development and automation Required Qualifications And Experience Practice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do moreListens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
