As a Cluster Manager, you will be the CEO of your region.

You'll lead multiple studios, inspire Studio Managers, drive business performance, elevate customer experiences, and ensure every studio operates at world-class standards.

This role combines commercial leadership, operational excellence, people development, and strategic thinking.

You'll partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable systems, develop future leaders, and help shape the future of Aliens Tattoo.


  • The Mandate

Your mission is simple:

As a Cluster Manager, you are entrusted with the responsibility of building and leading a portfolio of high-performing studios that consistently deliver exceptional business results, unforgettable customer experiences, and operational excellence. You are expected to think and act like a business owner—making decisions that strengthen profitability, develop people, improve systems, and protect the Aliens Tattoo brand.

Your mandate is to create an environment where every Studio Manager is empowered to lead independently, every team member is inspired to perform at their best, and every customer experiences the premium standards that define Aliens Tattoo. You will drive sustainable business growth by balancing commercial performance with disciplined execution, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation across all studios under your leadership.

Success in this role is not measured by how many problems you solve personally, but by how effectively you build capable teams, scalable systems, and resilient operations that consistently achieve outstanding results. You will be expected to identify opportunities before they become challenges, make data-driven decisions, coach future leaders, and continuously raise the benchmark for performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.

  • What you'll be doing

As the Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of multiple studios by balancing commercial success, operational excellence, and people leadership. You will drive revenue growth and profitability while ensuring every studio consistently delivers an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Aliens Tattoo brand. Working closely with Studio Managers, you will coach and develop high-performing teams, foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning, and build a strong leadership pipeline for future growth. You will ensure operational standards, compliance, inventory management, and business governance are maintained across all locations, while using data and business insights to make informed decisions and improve performance. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will champion innovation, implement scalable processes, leverage technology to improve efficiency, and proactively identify opportunities that strengthen the business. Ultimately, your role is to ensure that every studio under your leadership operates as a profitable, customer-centric, and high-performing business.

Travel: Regular travel between studios within the assigned cluster
