Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Auraiya. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing performance metrics across multiple units, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving business growth in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include team leadership, supply chain optimization, client relationship management, and regular reporting on operational metrics. The candidate will also focus on implementing strategies to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills
• Proficiency in operational planning, supply chain management, and performance monitoring
• Effective communication, relationship building, and client management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a data-driven approach
• Proven experience in business growth strategies and regional operations management
• Familiarity with the agribusiness, livestock feed, or poultry industries is advantageous
• Proficiency in using operational and reporting tools, including MS Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to relocate to Auraiya and travel within the cluster’s operational areas as required
