Job Description :

1. Planning and forecasting the road map for achieving the said target through the right channels and product mix.
2. To ensure channel hygiene and monitor proper product mixes are generated to increase the profitability.
3. Analyze the sales data with different perspectives and provide guidance to the team to improve the business by examining the present and the future changing trends.
4. Setting up a strong review mechanism to enhance over all business.
5. Team Management: - Evaluate and recruit right candidates at the right time - To set and monitor the performance matrix and provide feedback on their performance/potential - To equip the team with product and behavioral training to develop their competencies - Appraise the team on organizational changes , compliance and guiding principle on regular basis -Develop a bench strength of future leaders.
6. To provide feedback to the category heads on regular basis on the competition market, schemes and new products to gain competitive edge
