We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Cluster HR Manager (Workshop) to manage and oversee HR operations across assigned workshop locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in core HR functions, team management, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance.

The role requires a proactive HR professional who can effectively partner with business leaders and ensure smooth HR operations while supporting organizational objectives.

• Lead and manage HR teams across assigned workshop locations.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies.
• Drive performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, statutory requirements, and applicable labor laws.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor HR metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes across all assigned locations.
• Support workforce planning and maintain adequate staffing levels across workshops.

• 7–9 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in core HR operations.
• Proven experience in managing teams and multiple locations.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Candidates based in or around Surat will be preferred.
