Your Role

 Be a part of an on-call rotation to help support our next-generation platform as it goes into production.

 Be a technical mentor for the team in services that support modern architectures.

 Work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure and Dev Ops team to support hand-offs and knowledge transfers.

 Work closely with application owners to ensure monitoring is scoped, accurate, and actionable

 Identify adequate monitoring and alerting to ensure compliance with SLAs and business needs.

 Work to automate everything.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

 4-6 years of experience with operational support of production workloads

 Strong cloud infrastructure experience one or more environments including Azure, AWS, or GCP

 Strong Linux system administration

 Strong understanding of Kubernetes

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to work with a range of teams and skill sets.

Additional Background Preferences:

 Certifications in one or more technologies including AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubernetes

 Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Harness, GitHub, and GitHub actions.

 Familiarity with production IoT workloads (device and cloud)

 Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation for both infrastructure and code.
