Position Title: Cloud Engineer (IC2-G4) Location: Hyderabad: Onsite Position Type: Permanent Min Exp: 6+Years Position Overview As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a Cloud Engineer to join our Systems Operations Private Cloud team. This global team is responsible for the implementation and support of private cloud services for external customers. The successful candidate will contribute to the deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of cloud infrastructure, working collaboratively across regions and with senior engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Deployment & Support Deploy private cloud infrastructure for new and existing customers. Maintain internal and external private cloud environments. Perform regular maintenance, patching, and issue resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets. Identify and resolve potential infrastructure issues proactively. Automation & Process Improvement Script repetitive tasks and leverage automation tools. Identify and deliver technical projects and improvements. Develop and document operational processes. Collaboration & Customer Engagement Provide Level 2 support and assist Level 1 engineers. Train junior engineers and support their development. Communicate effectively with customers and maintain strong relationships. Participate in weekly on-call rotation for after-hours coverage. Take initiative to remediate issues with minimal direction. Manage multiple projects and drive them to completion within timelines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ years? experience in cloud engineering roles across VMware, AWS, and Azure. Proven track record of delivering end-to-end cloud solutions in public and private environments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
