Cloud Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) operational support for our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring data pipelines to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Additionally, you will work on enhancing automation processes through AIOps, implementing solutions that leverage artificial intelligence for IT operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, improve system performance, and deploy new solutions in the cloud environment. ? Responsibilities: - Provide L2 and L3 operational support for cloud services and infrastructure. - Monitor and maintain data pipelines to ensure data flow integrity and performance. - Analyze system logs and metrics to identify and troubleshoot issues in real time. - Implement AIOps solutions to enhance automation and improve incident response times. - Collaborate with software development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications within the cloud infrastructure. - Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning of cloud resources. - Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to cloud computing and data management. ? Skills and Tools Required: - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of data pipeline technologies and ETL processes. - Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch). - Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet). - Knowledge of AIOps solutions and their implementation. - Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
