About The Role

We are seeking a talented IT Engineer to join our dynamic team at Value Creed. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Azure cloud services, Intune device management, and database administration. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about IT infrastructure, cloud management, and system security to contribute to impactful projects and enhance our clients' technological capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our cloud environments, maintaining database systems, and ensuring the overall stability and security of our IT infrastructure. This position is based in Hyderabad and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve IT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Azure, Intune, and database management.
• Proficiency in managing cloud services, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with device management solutions like Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of database systems such as SQL Server and MySQL.
• Knowledge of network and system security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document technical procedures and configurations clearly.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  
  

Responsibilities

• System Administration: Assist in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoints to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Cloud Management: Support the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud services, with a focus on Microsoft Azure to facilitate scalable and secure cloud solutions.
• Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
• Technical Support: Provide prompt technical assistance and troubleshooting support for hardware, software, and network issues faced by end-users and internal teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance metrics and implement necessary optimizations to maintain efficiency and uptime.
• Backup and Recovery: Execute regular data backups and verify recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss and ensure business continuity.
• Security Management: Implement and enforce security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus, and access controls to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing IT projects, upgrades, and initiatives.
