Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Research Coordinator located in Delhi, OH. The Clinical Research Coordinator will oversee and manage clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Responsibilities include participant recruitment, data collection and documentation, monitoring patient safety, coordinating with research teams, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The coordinator will also support the development and submission of trial-related reports and summaries.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Clinical Research Coordination, including participant recruitment, protocol compliance, and data collection
• Proficiency in Data Management and Documentation within clinical trial settings
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, Ethical Guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Effective Communication, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Coordination skills
• Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in clinical research or related healthcare roles is advantageous
