Role Description The Clinical Instructor role at Max Healthcare in Ghaziabad is a full-time, on-site position. The Clinical Instructor will design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring alignment with current medical and nursing best practices. Daily responsibilities include conducting bedside teaching, supervising clinical procedures, mentoring staff, and facilitating case discussions and clinical simulations. The role involves collaborating with medical and nursing leadership to identify training needs, developing teaching materials, and supporting continuous professional development initiatives. The Clinical Instructor will also participate in quality improvement activities, contribute to clinical research projects where applicable, and maintain accurate documentation of training and competency assessments.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Clinical Education and Training, with experience developing and delivering structured teaching programs in a hospital setting.
• Clinical expertise in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine, with the ability to guide and supervise safe patient care practices.
• Research skills, including the ability to support or participate in clinical studies, audits, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Relevant professional degree in nursing, or allied health ( BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing, or equivalent), with valid registration from the appropriate regulatory body.
• Prior experience as a clinical instructor, educator, or senior clinician in an acute care environment is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor diverse teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous learning, with proficiency in basic computer applications and medical documentation.
