Job Description

Latinum HR Solutions is hiring for a leading Pharma/Biotech client for the role of Clinical Data Configuration Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure clinical data extraction and transformation across multiple data sources
• Work closely with data engineers and stakeholders
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical data
• Support vendor quality review activities
• Handle EDC build, data management, and extraction configuration

Required Skills:

• Experience with EDC build & Clinical Data Management
• Knowledge of SDTM and clinical trial terminology
• Familiarity with XML, APIs, and MDR preferred
• Hands-on experience with SQL, SAS, R, or Python
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes
• Exposure to AWS/Databricks concepts is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with R Shiny or Python app development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
