Role Description The Clinic Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role includes managing appointment schedules, supervising front-desk and clinical support staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and care. The Clinic Manager will monitor clinic performance, manage budgets and inventories, coordinate with medical professionals, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve handling client inquiries and feedback, implementing operational improvements, supporting marketing initiatives, and organizing staff training. Qualifications
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Budgeting and basic financial management skills to oversee clinic expenses, revenue tracking, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to coordinate across teams.
  • Foundational understanding of medicine or healthcare operations to collaborate effectively with clinicians and support treatment workflows.
  • Experience in training and coaching staff to maintain service standards, operational consistency, and compliance.
  • Previous experience in clinic, hospital, wellness, or healthcare management is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and clinic management systems, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Chennai, with flexibility to manage peak hours and client-driven schedules.
