Client Solutions Partner

We are actively looking for a high-energy, customer-facing Client Solutions Partner (3–6 years' experience) to join our Noida office and drive solutioning, industry demos, and client engagements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

High-energy, proactive, and customer-facing personality
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Comfortable conducting face-to-face (F2F) meetings with CXOs and business stakeholders
Ability to understand client pain points and map them to technology solutions
Confident in delivering industry-specific demos and solution walkthroughs
Strong ownership mindset with a consultative approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Experience Required

3–6 years of experience in Client Solutions, Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting roles
Experience working with IT services, product engineering, AI/GenAI, digital transformation, or software solutions companies
Exposure to enterprise domains such as BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Healthcare, or similar industries is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospects to understand business challenges and requirements
Conduct discovery workshops and requirement-gathering sessions
Deliver compelling product, platform, and industry-specific demonstrations
Prepare solution proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design customized solutions
Support sales teams during client meetings, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and deal closures
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
