Job Description
The Client Services Manager (Manager - Client Services) will serve as the bridge between clients and the agency’s digital marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and measurable impact of campaigns. The role requires strong relationship management, problem-solving, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies.
Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients across social media and digital marketing mandates.
- Understand client goals, brand tonality, and target audience to ensure campaigns align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, performance, design) to ensure timely deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively share updates, insights, and recommendations with clients.
- Anticipate client needs, address challenges, and build long-term trust-based relationships.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports and reviews to clients.
- Ensure retention of clients by delivering consistent value and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Escalate challenges to the CS Head with solutions-oriented thinking.
Essentials:
- Graduate / Post - Graduate in any stream, prior work experience in agency environment.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills in English & Hindi / Gujarati
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite for reporting and coordination.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team collaboration.
- Client-first orientation with an eye for detail and quality.
