About The Opportunity

We operate in the Background Verification (BGV) services sector, delivering pre-employment screening, identity verification, and compliance checks for enterprise clients across industries. This is a hands-on, on-site Client Servicing leadership role in India focused on driving operational excellence, SLA delivery, and long-term client retention for BGV accounts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for assigned BGV accounts, managing onboarding, regular reviews, and escalations to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Own end-to-end service delivery—coordinate verification workflows, vendors, and internal teams to meet SLAs and case turnaround targets.
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs and SLAs; prepare client-facing dashboards and weekly/monthly performance summaries.
  • Drive root-cause analysis for service issues, implement corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rework and escalations.
  • Manage contractual elements related to service levels, renewals, and scope changes; support commercial discussions with Sales and Operations.
  • Lead regular client governance meetings, present performance insights, and translate feedback into actionable implementation plans.
