Client Servicing Manager

Oodagaa is a creative and influencer marketing agency working with brands across lifestyle, fashion, and digital-first categories. We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understands how creative teams function, and can translate brand goals into structured execution.

This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who enjoys managing relationships, coordinating teams, and bringing ideas to life through content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Understand brand objectives and translate them into clear briefs and actionable plans

• Create and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with the social media team

• Assist in preparing pitch decks and presentations using Canva

• Contribute to campaign ideas and content concepts aligned with brand goals

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and social media executives for smooth execution

• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across projects

• Share updates, reports, and performance insights with clients

• Handle feedback efficiently and ensure timely resolution of client requests

• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management within an agency environment

• Prior agency experience is essential for this role

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning processes

• Ability to work with content calendars and contribute to ideation

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients simultaneously

• Interest in branding, digital content, entertainment, and marketing

Role Details:

Location: Mylapore, Chennai

Work Mode: Full-time, on-site

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
