Advaita Showbiz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team and lead client interactions with creativity, strategy, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients — understanding their requirements, objectives, and expectations.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Drive business development initiatives — identify new opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams — design, creative, production, and operations — to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.
• Develop impactful presentations, proposals, and event plans based on client briefs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
• Support new business pitches and participate in proposal development.

Requirements

• Min 2–3 years of experience in client servicing and business development in events, experiential marketing, or advertising agencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Passion for events, branding, and delivering memorable client experiences.
