We're looking for an Operations Manager who can own campaign execution, lead the operations team, and ensure clients receive a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management

  • Lead and manage the operations team.
  • Delegate tasks and monitor execution.
  • Conduct weekly reviews and provide feedback.
  • Ensure collaboration across BD, Operations, and Finance.

Campaign Operations

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Define campaign timelines and milestones.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Identify risks and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Client Success

  • Build strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand campaign objectives and deliver accordingly.
  • Handle escalations professionally.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction.

Revenue & Retention

  • Support monthly revenue target achievement.
  • Improve client retention through exceptional delivery.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term retainers.

Process & Accountability

  • Ensure proposals are shared within 24 hours.
  • Maintain written communication over email.
  • Update Operations Dashboard weekly.
  • Maintain Payment Tracker before every Thursday.
  • Ensure documentation and SOP compliance.

Training & Process Improvement

  • Conduct weekly KT sessions.
  • Train team members on tools and campaign processes.
  • Continuously improve workflows and SOPs.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Campaign scripting
  • Creator sourcing & outreach

  • Creator payment coordination


KPIs

Team

  • 80% effective task delegation.
  • 90%+ adherence to campaign timelines.
  • Zero major internal escalations.

Client

  • 90%+ client satisfaction.
  • Proposal turnaround within 24–48 hours.
  • Project delivery within committed timelines.

Business

  • Support monthly revenue target
  • Client churn below 10%.
  • Average client retention of 6 months+.
  • Minimum one process improvement every quarter.


Must-Have Skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Marketing Operations.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Client servicing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion preferred).
  • Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset.
