Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Manager, based in South Delhi. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by managing relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, developing and implementing client strategies, resolving issues, and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.




We are looking for experienced professionals from the Events / Experiential Marketing / BTL / Advertising Agency ecosystem who can join our team and contribute to business growth and seamless project execution.

Experience:

• Client Servicing Manager: 4-8years


Salary:


• CS Manager: 50k– 90K


Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding brand requirements, developing activation solutions, and ensuring smooth execution of projects from briefing to delivery.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client servicing for events, activations, and experiential campaigns

• Work closely with internal teams including creative, production, and operations

• Understand client briefs and develop strategic activation solutions

• Create presentations, proposals, and pitch decks

• Maintain strong client relationships and identify business growth opportunities

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards and budgets


Preferred Background

• Experience in experiential marketing agencies, event agencies, BTL activations, or advertising agencies

• Strong communication and client management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
