Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the SKINOS in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with patients, including welcoming visitors, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth appointment and follow-up process. The Client Relationship Manager will coordinate with dermatologists and clinical staff to communicate treatment plans, clarify service offerings, and address patient concerns. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, tracking feedback, and implementing initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention. The individual will also support clinic operations by assisting with scheduling, reminders, patient education materials, and occasional community outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong client service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
  • Organizational and coordination skills, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinic operations, such as patient flow, basic medical terminology, and privacy practices.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and clinic management software, including email, spreadsheets, and patient databases.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a calm and professional approach in high-volume settings.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare administration, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
