Client Relationship Manager (Service Role)

funds, alternative investment products, and simplifying personal finance to help individuals and families

achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and service existing client relationships.
• Address client queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct and document client meetings with proper follow-ups.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and completing KYC/documentation.
• Re-engage inactive clients and encourage them to make additional investments.
• Manage client onboarding, KYC, transactions, and compliance documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals.
• Ensure timely service delivery, foster trust, and promote long-term client retention.
• Coordinate with the team and management for the smooth execution of client requests.
• Generate leads, referrals, and identify business growth opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts
• Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• NISM V-A Certified or willing to certify
• Passion for personal finance and client education
• Ability to work independently with self-discipline
• Comfortable in offline and online client meetings
