Job Description
About us:
V6 Arthgyan LLP is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor, serving investors since 2006.
Headquartered in Lucknow, we cater to over 4,000 clients across India. Our expertise lies in mutual
funds, alternative investment products, and simplifying personal finance to help individuals and families
achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service existing client relationships.
- Address client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct and document client meetings with proper follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and completing KYC/documentation.
- Re-engage inactive clients and encourage them to make additional investments.
- Manage client onboarding, KYC, transactions, and compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals.
- Ensure timely service delivery, foster trust, and promote long-term client retention.
- Coordinate with the team and management for the smooth execution of client requests.
- Generate leads, referrals, and identify business growth opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts
- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- NISM V-A Certified or willing to certify
- Passion for personal finance and client education
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline
- Comfortable in offline and online client meetings
