Role Description

The Client Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing concerns to promote client retention and loyalty. In this full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, the manager will oversee client accounts, coordinate project deliverables, and act as the primary point of contact for client interactions. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services, resolve conflicts, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in project coordination and the ability to manage client requirements effectively.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to work on an on-site team and collaborate with different departments to meet client needs.
  • Interest and/or experience in real estate, facility management, or sustainability practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
