Job Description

Unique Growth is expanding and seeking motivated individuals who want to build a business helping individuals, families, and business owners improve their financial futures.


We are a financial education and coaching organization focused on helping people reduce unnecessary risk, keep more of what they earn, and build tax-advantaged wealth strategies with clarity and confidence. 

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who want entrepreneurial income potential while being supported by an experienced team and proven systems.


This role operates as an independent contractor (1099) with performance-based compensation.


What You’ll Do

• Meet with individuals and business owners to discuss financial strategies

• Conduct consultations and help clients build customized financial roadmaps

• Host or support financial education workshops and webinars

• Build relationships through networking, referrals, and community engagement

• Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development

Compensation

Performance-based compensation.

Typical first-year earnings range:

$50,000 – $100,000+

Additional incentives may include:
