Client-Facing Full Stack WordPress Developer (Upwork Projects)

We're looking for a confident Full Stack WordPress Developer who can not only build high-quality websites but also handle international client calls, discuss project requirements, and convert new leads into projects through strong technical communication.

What You'll Do

* Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect WordPress websites

* Build standard and headless WordPress projects (Next.js / WPGraphQL)

* Handle Upwork client calls, discuss requirements, and convert leads into projects

* Provide technical solutions, scope understanding, and project estimates

* Work closely with the internal team to deliver projects successfully

What You Bring

* 3+ years experience in WordPress / Full Stack development

* Strong verbal English communication and confidence in client calls

* Experience in handling international clients and converting new project leads

* Hands-on with PHP, JavaScript, React/Vue, REST APIs, ACF, Gutenberg

* Experience converting Figma designs into WordPress websites

* Knowledge of Headless WordPress (Next.js / WPGraphQL) is a plus

* Upwork or freelance platform experience preferred
