Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Client Acquisition specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying potential clients through online research, outreach campaigns, and networking on digital platforms and closing deals. The specialist will conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and present Reachout Marketing Salem’s services and value propositions, negotiate the best position for B2B service and conplete KPI. Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of prospects, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with internal marketing and account teams, and following up to move leads through the sales cycle. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, and providing feedback to improve client acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong client acquisition and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Experience with digital channels for outreach, such as email campaigns, social media platforms, and professional networking sites.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain marketing services and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts, such as brand awareness, digital marketing, and campaign performance.
  • Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms to manage pipelines and report on activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, inside sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
