We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to build and manage strong relationships with hiring teams across multiple companies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our employer network and securing internship and job opportunities for students. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, industry connections, and a proven track record in client acquisition or business development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and onboard new companies for internship and job opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand hiring needs of partner organizations and align them with available student talent.
- Negotiate terms, compensation structures, and hiring processes with client organizations.
- Drive consistent pipeline growth of job and internship opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (placement, training, operations) to ensure successful candidate matching.
- Monitor hiring trends and provide market insights to improve placement strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and placement targets.
- Ensure a seamless experience for both employers and candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in client acquisition, business development, recruitment, or B2B sales.
- Strong network with corporate HRs and hiring teams is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and acquisition targets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment cycles, campus hiring, and internship programs.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
