Cleaning Associate

Role: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities: Operate floor cleaning equipment (scrubber, buffer), perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning.

Support store recovery, adhere to safety, operational, and loss prevention standards, and assist in multiple store areas including backroom and front end.

Communicate effectively with management and team, uphold merchandising standards, and respond to coverage needs.

Qualifications & Skills: Excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, physical stamina, multitasking ability, effective communication, and adaptability.

Retail Experience Preferred.

Compensation starts between $13.50 and $14.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
