Claude AI Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Claude AI Business Analyst. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience collaborating in discovery calls to assess workflows, data usage, and technology integration.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery calls to analyze and document business processes, workflows, and data flows.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI agents to optimize business processes.

• Evaluate resource requirements and recommend appropriate AI tools and solutions.

• Conduct gap analyses to compare current state processes with future state objectives.

• Provide detailed documentation and insights to support the development of a structured AI playbook.

• Work within Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery.

• Review and analyze call center customer service operations for potential AI integration.

• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making for AI-driven strategies.

• Maintain clear and organized documentation throughout all stages of analysis.
