Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Supervisor role located in Gurugram. The Civil Supervisor will oversee daily construction site activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide guidance and direction to on-site teams. Responsibilities include supervising project execution, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and performing quality control checks to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines. The Civil Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining clear communication among all project participants while ensuring that project milestones are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Proficiency in handling on-site responsibilities and monitoring construction progress
• Expertise in Quality Control to ensure adherence to safety and design standards
• Effective Communication skills for liaising with construction teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction and infrastructure industry is preferred
