Civil Night Supervisor – Projects & Mall Maintenance

Shift: Night Shift

Job Summary

The Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, project works, and operational support during the night shift in the mall. The role ensures smooth functioning of maintenance tasks, safety of the premises, and coordination with housekeeping, security, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance Supervision

• Monitor and supervise mall maintenance activities during the night shift.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical systems.
• Attend and resolve maintenance complaints or emergency issues.

2. Project Coordination

• Supervise ongoing project works such as renovation, fit-out, and repair activities.
• Ensure contractors follow approved drawings and work schedules.
• Monitor quality and safety standards during project execution.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors working at night.
• Ensure work is completed within the scheduled time.
• Verify work completion and report progress to management.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safety procedures are followed by all workers and contractors.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds of the mall premises.
• Report any safety hazards or damages immediately.

5. Reporting

• Maintain a daily night shift report of maintenance work and project progress.
• Report any major issues or breakdowns to the management team.
• Handover important updates to the day shift team.

6. Coordination

• Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and technical teams.
• Ensure common areas, utilities, and services are functioning properly before morning opening.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in mall maintenance, facility management, or building operations preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in maintenance supervision or facility management.

Skills Required

• Basic technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ability to manage contractors and vendors.
• Problem-solving and emergency handling skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
