Overlay Specialist (Civil Engineer) — Contract Role (Saudi Arabia)

Jeddah or Riyadh | Short-term (1–3 months) or up to 12-month contract

We are looking for experienced Saudi National Civil Engineers to join as Overlay Specialists for a major, high-profile project in the Kingdom. This is a contract-based, site-focused role supporting the planning, delivery, and removal of temporary infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise temporary civil works (“overlay”) such as access roads, utilities, fencing, structures, and site facilities
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and site conditions for constructability
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and government stakeholders
• Monitor site progress, quality, HSE compliance, and schedules
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support rapid on-site decision-making
• Ensure compliance with project standards and local regulations
• Support dismantling and reinstatement activities at project completion (if applicable)

🔹 Requirements

• 🇸🇦 Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven site experience in construction, temporary works, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong coordination and supervision skills in fast-track environments
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Experience in mega projects, events, stadiums, or complex developments is a strong advantage
• Fluent in English (Arabic required)
