Sales Location: E-20, 2nd Floor, Sector-3, Noida Salary: Up to ?40,000 per month (based on interview and skills) Preference: Candidates with prior experience in the Electrical/Electronic domain will be given priority. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA): Supervise and execute all civil works related to foundations, chambers, and associated structural components . Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings to ensure accurate and efficient on-site implementation. Prepare and execute cost estimates and budgets for civil and electrical projects. Engage in sales and client interactions , understanding technical requirements and providing suitable solutions. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely project completion in line with design, quality, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety norms, and compliance requirements. Travel to project sites , including locations outside Delhi , as per project and client requirements. Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering . Proficiency in AutoCAD , with knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation . Strong technical understanding of foundation and chamber construction , as well as general civil and electrical works. Good communication and presentation skills with a sales-oriented approach . Excellent coordination, negotiation, and supervision abilities. Willingness to travel and handle both technical and client-facing responsibilities .
