Civil Engineer (Job location: Lonavala)

Tasks & Activities

o Actual consumption v/s Estimated cost. o Material unloading o As per bar chart timely purchasing. o Material consumption. o Material Planning o Control wastage in all materials like Cement/Steel/Brick etc. o Maintain customer satisfaction. o Complete Product and project knowledge. o Giving technical support to customer. o Presentation of Plan/ Elevation/Quality maintenance to customer. o Quality Management. o Quality assurance o Quality planning o Quality control o Quality improvement o Cube testing o Slump cone testing o Material testing o Physical testing. o Actual steel measurement on site V/S Estimated. o Cement empty back calculation. o Actual measurement of bricks on site V/S Received bricks.

o Actual material received on site V/S Estimated sand/crush sand/bricks…etc. o Welcome customer when they visit construction site. · R.C.C o Curing period (9am/12pm/3pm/5pm) timely observe. o Maintain water cement ratio for concreating o Compaction by vibrators. o Checking covering (slab/beam/column) · Brickwork o Trail use o Minimum brickwork joint (below 10mm joint) and placing metal between brick and R.C.C work. · Updating details on software on regular basis.

Measurement Metrics

· Maintain wastage at least 3% OR save operation cost by 3%. · Customer expectation should BE achieved by at least 90%. · Maximum 3mm variation in R.C.C & Brickwork plump.

Skills · AutoCAD, MS Office, StardPro

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
• Experience with project planning, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Knowledge of Stormwater Management practices and applications
• Strong ability to collaborate with fellow Civil Engineers and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
