Job Summary We are hiring a Dynamics 365 CRM Supervisor to support hands-on implementation of CRM Service and Power Pages solutions. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can lead day-to-day configuration and portal development Responsibilities : Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM Service modules and Power Pages portals. Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with developers and analysts to deliver functional solutions. Provide technical support and documentation for CRM and portal users. Assist in training and mentoring junior team : 4+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM for Service and Power Pages. Proficient in CRM configuration, Power Platform tools, and portal development. Experience with web roles, permissions, and portal customization. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
