Role Description The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading the organization’s information security and cybersecurity strategy. The CISO will design, implement, and oversee security policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with ISO 27001 and industry best practices, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing risk assessments, security audits, and incident response, coordinating with technical and business teams to address vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The role involves guiding application security initiatives, overseeing business continuity and disaster recovery planning, and promoting a security-first culture through training and awareness programs. The CISO will collaborate closely with senior leadership and external partners, provide strategic input on technology investments, and report on security posture and improvements to stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in Information Security and Information Security Management, including development and implementation of security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in Cybersecurity, with practical knowledge of threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response across complex IT environments.
• Proficiency in Application Security, including secure development practices, code review, application risk assessment, and coordination with software and DevOps teams.
• Solid understanding of Business Continuity planning, disaster recovery strategies, and resilience measures to ensure minimal disruption to critical operations.
• Hands-on experience with ISO 27001, risk management methodologies, and regulatory compliance relevant to information security.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to build and mentor security teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making abilities, with a track record of presenting security insights and recommendations to senior management.
