Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will oversee the design and implementation of SilkSocket.ai's technical vision and strategy, ensure the scalability and security of the technology stack, and lead a high-performing engineering team. The role includes managing software development processes, guiding product development, setting IT strategy, and architecture decisions, and ensuring that the company remains at the cutting edge of AI agent infrastructure. The CTO will closely collaborate with leadership to align technology goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Architecture to design, build, and manage scalable and secure solutions.
• Expertise in IT Strategy and Project Management to plan and oversee technology initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Experience in Product Development to drive innovation, improve offerings, and meet client needs effectively.
• Ability to lead technical teams effectively, fostering collaboration and mentoring engineers to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Preferred experience in AI, machine learning, and building modern autonomous systems or multi-agent platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
