This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, for a Chief Quality Officer. The Chief Quality Officer will lead all quality management and quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that products and processes adhere to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include developing quality improvement strategies, overseeing performance evaluations, and implementing quality control measures. The role also involves leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments to drive operational excellence and continuous performance improvement.

• Proven expertise in Quality Management and Quality Assurance
• Extensive experience in implementing Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement programs
• Background in Nursing or healthcare-related quality initiatives is an advantage
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and team management abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, with certifications in quality management highly desirable
