Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Strategy & Operations Leader to drive business growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation for a premium luxury-focused organization. This role will work closely with the leadership team to translate vision into execution while scaling operations and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide business strategy, planning, and execution
• Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency
• Partner with founders/board to define long-term growth and expansion strategies
• Oversee P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Scale multi-location or multi-brand operations across luxury hospitality/retail/wellness
• Build and mentor high-performing leadership and cross-functional teams
• Implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Lead change management initiatives and digital/process transformation
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Ensure brand alignment, customer experience excellence, and operational consistency

Candidate Profile

• 10–20 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, luxury retail, or wellness businesses
• Proven track record in strategy formulation and operations leadership
• Strong experience managing large-scale operations and P&L
• Excellent business acumen with a hands-on execution mindset
• Exposure to scaling businesses, expansion, or turnaround strategies
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• MBA or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred
