Role Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will manage and oversee the daily operations of Zeiq Consultants, driving business growth and operational efficiency. As a key executive, the COO is responsible for business planning, strategic decision-making, optimizing workflows, and managing resources effectively. The role requires leadership in finance management, budgeting, and ensuring organizational goals are met. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning, including developing and implementing strategic initiatives
• Strong background in Operations Management and optimizing business processes
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge and expertise in Finance and Budgeting to ensure sound financial decision-making
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a senior operational or executive role is highly advantageous
