Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a Chief Operating Officer, based in Mumbai. The COO will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily business operations, optimizing processes, and aligning organizational strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business plans, monitoring operational and financial performance, managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, and driving continual growth. The COO will work closely with other leadership team members to ensure exceptional client experience and alignment with the company’s mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting to create strategies and manage resources effectively.
• Has to be from a strong construction/ contracting/ design & build background with minimum 15+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of Operations Management with a proven ability to optimize processes and achieve organizational objectives.
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience and proficiency in Finance to oversee financial health, including forecasting and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to manage teams, liaise with stakeholders, and drive company goals.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in scaling and managing organizations, especially within similar industries, is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
