We’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our leadership team and help scale Moksha 360.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and scale operations across live events, artist management, venue, and tech platforms
• Drive execution, efficiency, and profitability across all business verticals
• Build systems, processes, and teams for rapid growth
• Partner closely with founders to translate vision into action.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in operations/business leadership
• Strong exposure to music, media, entertainment, events, or tech platforms with a proven ability to scale businesses and manage multi-functional teams.
