Chief Operating Officer

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational functions, driving business planning efforts, ensuring financial discipline, optimizing operational processes, and aligning strategic initiatives with company objectives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure sustained growth and efficiency.

• Expertise in Business Planning and strategic operational planning
• Proven experience in Operations Management, including leadership and organization scaling
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and making data-driven decisions
• Experience in Finance and Budgeting, including financial forecasting and cost management
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-paced, technologically innovative environment
• Understanding of blockchain technology and the digital asset industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or a related field; MBA is advantageous
