Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily business operations, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the integration and optimization of processes across all departments. Key responsibilities include managing operational budgets, tracking KPIs, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and driving operational excellence aligned with corporate goals. The COO will collaborate closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization’s success and scalability in achieving its mission.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to drive growth and scalability
• Demonstrated proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
• A solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage operational budgets and forecast future financial needs
• Excellent leadership, organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Experience in sustainability, recycling, or technology-driven industries is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work remotely while leading teams towards shared objectives
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
