We are seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives across the organization. This role is designed for high-potential individuals with a strong technical foundation who have successfully transitioned into business and strategy functions. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, technical understanding, and business acumen to drive strategic projects, support investment decisions, and ensure operational excellence across teams.

This position is best suited for candidates who began their careers in product or engineering roles, and later moved into strategy, business, or Chief of Staff-type responsibilities within SaaS or enterprise technology companies. As Chief of Staff, you will act as a force multiplier for leadership by translating complex ideas into actionable strategies, managing high-impact initiatives, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Partner closely with the leadership team to define and execute strategic priorities. Translate long-term company vision into structured roadmaps, measurable goals, and actionable initiatives. Monitor progress of key initiatives and ensure timely delivery across teams.

Leadership Enablement

Act as a strategic advisor and operational partner to senior executives. Prepare executive briefings, strategic analysis, and decision frameworks that support leadership in making informed decisions.

Investment & Business Analysis

Support evaluation of strategic investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to assess potential investments and expansion opportunities within the SaaS and enterprise technology ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Program Management

Drive complex cross-team initiatives that span product, engineering, operations, and business teams. Ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders while maintaining focus on outcomes and timelines.

Operational Excellence

Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured processes that improve decision-making and execution speed. Track key metrics, business performance indicators, and strategic objectives.

Product & Technology Context

Leverage prior technical and product experience to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business leadership. Provide strategic input into product roadmaps, platform strategy, and enterprise solution positioning.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Engineering degree from IIT (Indian Institute of Technology)
• 3-6 years of total professional experience
• Early career experience in Product or Engineering roles
• Subsequent experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Business roles
• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise platform companies only
