Vedanta is seeking an outstanding professional to join a high-impact Chief of Staff & Strategy role, working at the heart of Vedanta's leadership team to drive strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, and organizational performance.

This is a unique opportunity for a high-calibre consultant, strategist, or transformation leader to move beyond advisory work and play a direct role in shaping business outcomes at scale within one of India’s leading natural resources, critical minerals, energy, and technology-driven companies.

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with President's office to drive strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Lead execution of critical business objectives, ensuring rigorous tracking, governance, and accountability.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance management mechanisms to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional programs spanning growth, transformation, operational excellence, and technology enablement.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner, bringing structured problem-solving, strategic clarity, and a bias for execution.

Who We're Looking For

• 15–18 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, CEO Office, Founder’s Office, or similar leadership roles.
• Candidates currently working with, or alumni of, leading Big 3 strategy consulting firms and Big 4 consulting firms.
• Exceptional analytical capability, intellectual horsepower, and first-principles thinking.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to take calculated risks, challenge conventional thinking, and drive outcomes at pace.
• Strong stakeholder management and liaisoning skills, with the ability to align senior leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration.
